Sales condition
Each participant registered at the auction accepts "Rules of the auction on sale of bank assets being in liquidation" and conditions of public contracts with bidders, (Texts are on Auction organizer’s website).
The winner must pay to CE “Elektronni torgy Ukrainy” a commission (by subtracting the amount of winner’s guarantee fee).
Registration fee amount is 17 UAH.
Bidders must pay Registration and guarantee fees to the current account of CE “Elektronni torgy Ukrainy”: EDRPOU 25219107, account 26005010084881 PJSC "Export-Import Bank of Ukraine" MFO: 322 313.
Bid increment is 1% from the opening price.
