Educational training “Financial mediation – new opportunities for enterprises” for students of the International Trade and Law Department of Kyiv National Trade and Economic University

 

On April 14,  2016, within the framework of the  training carried out in Kyiv National Trade and Economic University,  the founder of ICC Group, Chairman of the Board of PO Financial Stability  Mykola Korolenko gave a master class for the 4th year  students 4 of the International Trade and Law Department.

 

 

 

Title of the master class: «Financial mediation – new opportunities for an enterprise».

 

Organizers of the event  – lecturers of the Economy and Finances of an Enterprise Department.

At the master class the issues of obtaining and repaying bank loans by domestic companies under conditions of macroeconomic crisis were addressed, and key components of the mechanism of financial mediation, peculiarities of securing bank loans for small and medium businesses, credit rating of banks operating in the domestic market, and key problems of an enterprise’s responsibility in the credit system were reviewed.

Participants of the master class completed a financial mediation task using actual data from an authentic loan agreement with the purpose of developing skills of economic substantiation of the choice of the most expedient option of way out of the situation of being in arrears with bank loan repayment.

The Chairman of the Board of PO Financial Stability shared with the students examples of interaction of  the real sector enterprises and bank institutions, presented author’s innovative ideas of enhancing effectiveness of the process of financial mediation.
