On March 26, 2016 the Financial Conference FinCo’16 for students and graduates of the institutions of higher education took place, which was organized by the International Youth Organization AIESEC in Kyiv with the support of KPMG ith the purpose of educating young people in the field of finances and providing economic education necessary in daily life.
In the invitation sent by organizers to Mykola Korolenko as the founder of PO Financial Stability, founder and owner of ICC Company, founder and director of Financial Mediation Centre, with the proposal to become one of speakers at FinCo'16 it was written: “Join and let’s build future together!” These were the words which made him to accept this proposal without hesitation as they are quite in tune with the motto of Public Organization Financial Stability: “Know the past. Work today. Create future”. The goal of his Organization’s activity is, besides creating financial stability in the country, formation of the conviction in minds of future businessmen that theoretical knowledge acquired in institutions of higher education combined with the ability to analyze important business information, understand cause and effect relationships, make right conclusions, no fear to start something new, take risks and never give up – these are basic things enabling a manager to manage a company efficiently even under conditions of crisis.
“I was very glad to meet curious and active young people, who are thirsty for new knowledge, and tell them about some specific features of managing a company in crisis period. I would like to pass my conviction that a crisis is not a sentence to business to young businessmen as any crisis can be used for own benefit: new opportunities for development can be found and financial obstacles can be overcome with dignity”, Mykola Korolenko said . “I am glad that I’ve got the opportunity to participate in this important event and make my personal contrinution in formation of successful future of the economically powerful and financially stable country, which will be built by well-educated and socially responsible citizens.”
